Operations Consulting Plumbing & HVAC Greater Philadelphia

Engineered
operations for
field-first owners.

I rebuild the back office of plumbing and HVAC contractors — bookkeeping, software, SOPs, HR, pricing, marketing — then run it while your techs run the calls.

Manifesto

Owners don't need another consultant with a deck. They need someone who'll actually do the work — and stay until the system runs without them.

Capabilities

The full back-office stack, run by one operator who knows the trades cold.

From the founder
I'm not here to write a forty-page report and disappear. I do the work, build the systems, and hand them back to you running.

Built inside the industry — not next to it.

Most consultants read books about your business. I lived it.

I entered plumbing and HVAC in 2010 as a marketing and sales coordinator at a premier mid-sized service provider in the Philadelphia area. Since then I've worked every back-office seat — operations management, bookkeeping, HR, dispatch coordination, marketing strategy.

I even spent a full year in the field, because you can't fix what you've never seen. Today I'm the operator owners call when they need the books reconciled, the software stack untangled, the SOPs written, the team restructured, and the dashboards built.

I create systems within ambiguity. I move fast. And I own the outcome.

Approach

Two ways in. Both end with a back office that runs without you.

01

The Roadmap

A strategic blueprint tailored to your business. End-to-end operations audit, prioritized findings, software stack recommendations, and a 90-day execution plan. Best for owners who want clarity before committing to a build.

02

Embedded Engagement

I become your back office for a defined window. Direct work inside QuickBooks, ServiceTitan, payroll, and HR. Build, document, run, and train your team to take over. Best for owners who want it fixed, not explained.

03

The Handoff

Every engagement ends with the system documented and your internal team trained. You don't become dependent on me — you become operationally self-sufficient. A clean exit is the contract.

Common Questions

Straight answers before you reach out.

A bookkeeper enters transactions. An office manager runs the day. I build the system both of them work inside — and I do it from a deep understanding of how plumbing and HVAC businesses actually make money. Most of my clients keep their bookkeeper and office manager. I make those roles more effective by handing them documented processes and clean data.
Usually not. Most shops are running solid software they're just not using fully. My first move is almost always to fix the configuration and integrations of what you already own. If a switch is warranted, I'll build the case with real numbers — never as a default recommendation.
Small to mid-sized residential and commercial shops — typically 1 to 25 field employees. From one-truck operators ready to scale to mid-sized shops where the owner is still close enough to operations to make decisions quickly but past the point of holding it all in their head.
Three steps before we start. First, a 20-minute discovery call to see if we're a fit. Second, a no-cost onsite consultation — typically one to two hours at your shop to pull out the real pain so the proposal isn't generic. Third, a tailored proposal built around what I actually saw. Once you sign, I start within one to two weeks. I'm a one-operator firm by design — engagements are sequenced, not stacked.
Roadmaps are fixed-fee based on scope. Embedded engagements are priced by the engagement, not the hour, with a defined deliverable and timeline so you know what you're paying for before we start. I quote after the discovery call — once I understand the operation, not before.
Both. Most of the work is remote — QuickBooks, ServiceTitan, payroll, and SOPs don't require me at your shop. For embedded engagements I'm onsite weekly or biweekly within the five-county Philadelphia area. Onsite cadence is set in the scope.
That's most owners when we first talk. The discovery call is built for it — you describe what's broken in plain language, I tell you what I'm hearing, and we decide together whether a roadmap or an embedded engagement makes sense. If it's neither, I'll tell you that too.
Yes, always. Every engagement starts with a mutual NDA. Your customer list, financials, and internal processes don't leave the engagement.
